Alan G. Ihde

Al (Alan) Gregory Ihde, age 52, of Oronoco, Minnesota, passed away on June 1, 2026. Al was born on March 4, 1974, in Rochester, Minnesota. Al was the beloved son of Marlin and Patricia Ihde.

Al graduated from John Marshall High School in 1992 and went on to found and operate several successful businesses. On February 14, 1997, Al married Rebecca (Beckie) Heise. He was known for his strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to providing for his family. Despite his many accomplishments, some of his happiest moments were spent vacationing with his children and wife, creating treasured memories filled with laughter, exploration, and time together as a family.

Al is survived by his wife, Beckie Ihde; three children, Jacob (Kauri Burton) Ihde, Breanna (Carter) Cordes, and Zackery Ihde; one grandchild, Camryn Cordes; parents, Marlin and Patricia Ihde; siblings, Sheila (Mike) Vokoun, Diana (Todd) Goembel, and Darren Ihde; and father-in-law, Daniel Olson. He was preceded in death by his son, Ethan Ihde; his grandparents; and his mother-in-law, Catherine Olson.

Those who knew Al will remember him for his unwavering commitment to providing for his family, his strong work ethic, and his love of having a good time. He had a love for the outdoors, enjoyed fishing, and treasured the companionship of his beloved cats, Callie and Leo, who could often be found cuddling and napping alongside him. Whether through his dedication to his work, his entrepreneurial pursuits, or the laughter and good times he shared with family and friends, he left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN, with visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of the service.

Al's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
