Arlene H. Strain, age 82, of Rochester, Minnesota passed away February 23, 2026 at her home.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN. Visitation will be held 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, March 2, 2026 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Union Cemetery.
