Davin Tukua

Davin Wyatt Tukua, 16, of Rochester, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023 as the result of an automobile accident.

Davin was born on August 20, 2007 in Rochester to Michael and Natalie (Bacon) Tukua. Davin was an incredible young man: an amazing son and brother, kind & gentle with his younger relatives and a wonderful, adventurous cousin & friend to so many people. His bright smile and presence would not only light up a room but the entire home. He loved his family and friends so much. Davin was everything a parent, relative, friend anyone could ever ask for. He was genuine, caring, sensitive, calm & easy-going. He was never one to complain and was always observant of what others needed. He knew just how to make someone happy.

Davin was a junior at Century High School. He enjoyed fishing, water sports, football, snowboarding, golfing and refurbishing dirt bikes for profit with his brother Aydin. Davin lived every moment to the fullest. He will forever be in our hearts and everyone else's heart that he touched with his bright light. His memory will forever be cherished as a bright light extinguished far too soon. The hole he has left is impossible to fill; he is and will be missed by so many.

Survivors include his parents, Michael Tukua and Natalie Bacon, both of Rochester; two brothers, Aydin and Ezra and one sister, Maleah; grandparents, Steve and Melanie Tukua of Rochester and Dan and Pat Robnik of Mesa, Arizona and Mike Bacon of Faribault, MN. Aunts, uncles and cousins: Chris & Amy Tukua (Ashlyn, Kylie, Brice), Scott Tukua (Gabby, Keegan, Jack), Dan & Jessica Tukua (Aliya, Cora), Nicole Bacon (Kaleb, Alivia, Jackson), Natasha (Bacon) & Corey Foss (Hadley, Hunter).

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents: Henry Dessner, Paul Bacon, Norris and Wanita Tukua, Doug Ost and Don Meyer.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home (5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN 55901) and one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Bethel Lutheran Church (810 3rd Ave SE, Rochester, MN 55904) in Rochester with a luncheon to follow.
