Deloris A. Kramer, 88, of Rochester, MN died Friday, August 28, 2026 at The Homestead of Rochester.

Deloris was born April 5, 1938 in Appleton, Wisconsin to Marshall and Clarice (Marx) Mossholder. In her youth she was in the 4-H Club, graduated from Appleton High School and was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Appleton.

Deloris met Reverend David Kramer during his internship at First English Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI. He and Deloris were united in marriage on August 15, 1959. They resided in Madison, WI, Jackson, WI, Manawa, WI, Durand, WI, Tomahawk, WI, and Le Mars, IA where David served as pastor at churches. Deloris served as a 4-H leader, was a member of the Le Mars Women's Federated Club, St. John's Women's Club and Bible Study. She was a very talented watercolor artist and drove a school bus for many years.

Deloris is survived by three daughters: Karen (Dan) Landsverk of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Kathy Kramer Grubb (Tommy Grubb) of Sugarland, TX, and Julie Kramer Farley (James Farley) of Rochester, MN. She is further survived by her five grandchildren: Andrew Landsverk, Jennifer (Paul) Rasor, Megan (Ash) Le, Brianna Farley and Savanna Farley; a great grandson, Niko Le; and a sister, Nancy (Howard) Mills of LaCrosse, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David (2021); brothers, David and Keith.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, 1884 22nd Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 AM on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial may be donated to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Seasons Hospice, or the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
