Donald McCullough

Donald E. McCullough, age 92, of Rochester, MN passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

Donald Eugene McCullough was born November 4, 1931 in Chester Iowa, the son of Dean and Cathryn (Hunter) McCullough. In 1949, he graduated from Rochester Senior High School in Rochester, MN.

He married Phyllis Perkins on May 25, 1957 and were blessed with 4 children. He was a salesman at Don Shreve Lincoln and Mercury, salesman at Trademart Furniture and owned and operated Bob's Trailer Court. He retired in 1986.

Don enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, playing cards, puzzles and enjoying the outdoors.

He is survived by his four sons, Michael (Connie) of Rochester, Steven (Sandy) of Rochester, David (Dawn) of Rochester, Patrick of Rochester; 7 grandchildren, Madelyn and Erik (Delaney) McCullough, Andrew (Katelyn) McCullough and Cathryn (Luke) Wilder, Josie (Rafael) Espinoza, Geoff (Lyndsey) Stevens, and Spencer Stevens; 9 great grandchildren; brother, Richard McCullough; sister-in-law, Nancy McCullough.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis; parents; brothers, Jack McCullough and Dean "Pete" McCullough; sisters, Betty (Erling) Birkholm, Barbara (Ronald) Putratz; sisters-in-law, Darlene McCullough and Jule McCullough.

A Visitation will be held 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, March 14, 2023 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN. A private interment will be at Calvary Cemetery Columbarium on Friday. To share a special memory or condolence, please visit www.ranfranzandvinefh.com
