George G Stebbins

George G. Stebbins, age 100, of Rochester, Minnesota passed away on June 6, 2026 at his home.

George was born June 30, 1925 in St. Charles, Minnesota the son of Louise and Raymond Stebbins. He was a graduate of St. Charles High School. George served in the United States Army Air Corp from August 15, 1943 to July 30, 1946. He married Madeline Jensen on November 11, 1944 in St. Charles, MN. George worked as a Postal Clerk for the United States Post Office for 25 years. Following his retirement and til the age of 80, he delivered parts for Scharf's Auto. He also did small engine repair out of his home for 50 years.

George enjoyed hunting, playing senior softball and Texas hold'em, along with riding and traveling the country by motorcycle with his wife, Madeline. The spent 21 years wintering in Arizona.

George is survived by his sons, George R. (Debbie) Stebbins of Las Vegas, NV, and Bob Stebbins of Rochester, MN; grandchildren, Derek (Lisa) Stebbins, Rheanna (Will) Ruiz, Samara Stebbins, David Stebbins; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline.

A private family graveside service will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Rochester, MN.
