Howard Bryan Gordon, Sr. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Bryan was born on January 31,1956 in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Northeast High School in Pasadena, MD in 1974 and served in the National Guard. Bryan received an Associate of Biblical Studies from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary. He raised his family and worked as a crane operator in Maryland until moving to Minnesota in 2017. At the time of his death, Bryan was employed by Mayo Clinic as an assistant supervisor in environmental services at Saint Mary's Hospital, a job he took great pride in and wholeheartedly enjoyed.

Bryan is survived by a large and loving family: his wife, Paula; children Chastity (Steve) Seibert, Shannon Sinsky, Howard (Hillary) Gordon, Jr., Sarah Gordon, Matt (Malia) Howe, and Tim (Julia) Schulz; fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four brothers, Paul (Kathy), Bobby (Sharon), Johnny (companion Julie), and Jimmy (Susan) Gordon; one sister, Vanessa (Marco) Morton; two aunts, Janet Gordon and Juanita (Joe) Brumwell, along with many cousins and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother Beverly Joan "Berv" Gordon.

Bryan's life was defined by his deep Christian faith and love for his family and friends. He could light up a room, and was hard working, funny, kind, and full of life. He was passionate about photography and used his camera lens to capture the beauty of wildlife and nature. He will be greatly missed and forever loved and remembered by all who knew him.
