Janice Kay Hintz, 78, of Rochester, MN, passed away on April 28, 2026, at her home.
Janice was born August 29, 1949, in Shawano County, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Elray Hintz and Elda (Pagenhopf) Hintz, and grew up on her parents 80-acre dairy farm in the township of Green Valley, Wisconsin. She had no siblings.
A memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:00 am, at Redeemer Lutheran Church (869 7th Ave SE, Rochester, MN 55904), with Pastor Adam Koglin presiding. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to Redeemer Lutheran Church or AbleLight, in Watertown, Wisconsin.
