Keith E. Davis

Keith Earl Davis, of Rochester, Minnesota died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 at Rochester West Health Services. He was born on January 6th, 1940, in Chadwick, Illinois, to Bryan and Ina (Scribner) Davis.

Keith moved to Rochester, MN in 2007 with his wife. He graduated from Fulton High School in Fulton, IL. Keith married Ruth Dobson on December 15th, 1963 in West Liberty, IA

He enjoyed reading, spending time with his grandkids, and watching the History or Animal Planet TV channels. He always had kind words for his grandchildren and loved telling them stories about when he was their age. He never met a stranger; they were just friends he hadn't met yet, and enjoyed meeting people. He loved having his grandsons babysit him and talking to his granddaughter when she visited. He was deeply loved by all, and will be truly missed.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers: Bryan, Harold, Jerrold, Dean, Lloyd, and his wife Ruth. He is survived by his children, Aileen (Christopher) Kraai, of Rochester, Minnesota, and Bryan (Christine) Davis, of West St. Paul, Minnesota, a granddaughter, Chloe Rose Davis, and two grandsons Matthew Joseph Kraai and Jonathan Keith Kraai.

A private memorial service for family and friends will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Friday, July 7th, 2023, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes.
