Myra Reuter

Myra M. Reuter, 97, of Rochester, MN passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023, in Rochester, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus.

Myra Mae (Holliday) Reuter was born on July 15, 1926, to John and Sarah (Nichols) Holliday in Oronoco, Minnesota. She attended West Concord High School and was salutatorian of her class. On January 28, 1950, Myra married Ronald Reuter, and together the couple had four children. Myra worked in the Welfare Department at the Courthouse and then as a Desk Attendant in Pediatrics at Mayo Clinic.

Myra is survived by her four children, Tom (Linda) Reuter, Sara (Chuck) Caverly, Terri DeVries, and Tim (Vicki) Reuter; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Reuter; her parents, John and Sarah; sisters, Betty Jonas and Joanne Mohlke; grandson, Aaron Reuter; and son in law, Wesley DeVries.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl. NW, Rochester, MN 55901). Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester, MN.
