Nou San

Nou San, age 85, of Rochester, MN passed away August 24, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Methodist Hospital.

Nou was born January 2, 1940 in Svay Rieng, Cambodia the daughter of Sang and Touch Lay. At the age of 23 she moved to Battambang where she met her husband, Sam Ros aka Ya in 1963. She had 8 children which 5 of them died. Her surviving daughters are Noeum Sam born in 1964 (her husband, Richard), Samantha Keo born in 1968 and Tracy Koung Sam born in 1977.

Service will be held 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN.
