Ricky Harold Skaar, 72, of Rochester, MN passed away on April 14, 2026 at Mayo Clinic St. Mary's Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2026 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl. NW Rochester, MN 55901). Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of service.
