In Loving Memory of Vickie Lyn Creighton

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Vickie Creighton, on August 29th, 2025. Born on August 31st, 1969, Vickie was a beacon of strength and independence, a woman who faced life's challenges with unwavering determination and grace.

Vickie is survived by her children, Ashley Martin, Mandy Swanson (Cory), Patrick Martin, Brooke Gunderson-Adams (Ray), and Ben Lamke. Her siblings, Debra Wavernack (Dennis), Richard Ellenberger, and her cherished grandchildren, Emma Engholm, Layla Martin, Jacoby Adams, Railynn Swanson, and Remi Swanson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Edwin Mattila.

As we remember her, we celebrate a life filled with love, compassion, and strength. A memorial service will be held on September 20th, 2025, from 1pm to 4pm at the Senior Citizen Center, 8876 Main St., Mt. Iron, MN. We invite all who knew her to join us in honoring her memory.
