Bill grew up and went to school in Stewartville. He had many jobs during his life including shoeing horses, construction work and solar energy.
He married Pam Holzer (Haugh) in 2004, and he was happy anytime they were together. He was a wonderful father to her kids. They had 22 happy years together.
He was very proud of his 37 years of sobriety.
