Dear Tracy-

I am very saddened to hear of your loss.  I had the opportunity to get to know Luis well through our many travels together.  He was a very good man, it was always enjoyable to be in his company. He made an impact with his life, which will continue through you and your family.  You will find the courage you need, and I hope you find some comfort in the kind words and support from those remembering him.
