Thank you, Kari, for your kindness is thinking of me at this time. Your parents were wonderful neighbors in Sun City West and good friends to my dogs, Dot & Dash. We miss your dad at the Barbershop concerts and I will forward this to Jack McGill who often asks if I have heard from him. It is always amazing to find out our retired friends have had such distinguished careers as your mother did. I can only congratulate you and your family for having had a wonderful wife and mother. Louise was such a kind and caring person! I remember her smiling face and soft voice the first time I met her in 1958 when I was dating her brother, John, (my future husband). She made us popcorn. All these years and tears later, she welcomed Bert into our family as a “new” brother. Rest In Peace, Louise! Love to the family!!
Louise was a delightful lady, the dear mom of my good friend and quartet pal, Linda. She loved our quartet and supported us in so many ways. Our visits to her home were such fun and so memorable. My condolences to Don and family.
