CandleI can not begin to imagine what your family is going through at this time. My heart aches for Dalton and all his family. Many many prayers to Dalton and his family. What a great soul and personality. I got the pleasure of working with this gentle soul Senior officer at FMC. I'm a nurse and worked a few morning shifts with Dalton. Great guy and will be missed.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dalton during his internship at Wabasha County Sheriffs Office. He road with me for several shifts and hours. He was a joy to get to know and spend time with. He made having an intern with you fun! We became friends during that time. After his internship he came to join our Friday nigh softball team in Elgin. I was the only one who knew him but in very short time he was known and loved by the entire team. He was also so calm, collected, and polite. He was easily one of the people you tried to imitate when it came to kindness and trying to be a better person towards others. He will be greatly missed by everyone that had contact with him.

Always a smile on his face and a great work attitude. I remember our short chats at the Carwash back in the day and of course, pulling a few shifts together when I had the pleasure of doing OT with him. A great family who has been through a lot. So very sorry for the loss of Dalton. Hang in there.

Words fall short in expressing the grief experienced by those who came to know Dalton. He was a man of positive energy and uplifting greetings. He always had a smile to brighten even the darkest day. He was polite to me and to everyone that he met. My prayer is that we learn from his example, that you are consoled by God’s mercy and presence, and that those most needed will come along side with you. My deepest condolences to the family.
