Anne M. Judisch, age 77, a lifelong resident of Rochester, MN passed away on March 15, 2023 at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN.

Anne Marian Judisch was born August 29, 1945 in Rochester, MN the daughter of Sidney and Carol (Olson) Suddendorf. She was a 1963 graduate of John Marshall High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in vocal performance and instrumental music from Mankato State. Anne was united in marriage to Dr. James Judisch on October 20, 1973 at Christ United Methodist Church in Rochester and they were blessed with two children.

Anne started playing the violin at age 8. She became a member of the Rochester Symphony Orchestra at age 14 and played professionally with the organization until her untimely passing. She was also a member of the Symphony Orchestras in LaCrosse, WI, Waterloo-Cedar Falls, IA, Winona and Austin, MN.

After graduating from college, Anne was a sought after soprano and performed with the Tulsa Philharmonic, Minnesota Orchestra, Sioux City Symphony, and Rochester Symphony Orchestra to name a few. She enjoyed spending time with her family at the cabin at Lake Zumbro. She was a resident of the lake community since 1954 and excelled in waterskiing, pontoon repair, and boat driving. She took pride in seeing her children and grandchildren grow up on the lake.

She loved spending time with her daughter as they bred and raised Golden Retrievers. Together, they traveled all over the US and Canada in their pursuits. She was a huge fan of her grandchildren and was always front and center for all of their sports, activities and performances. She loved her husband, and despite their schedules, always found time to spend together at the end of a busy day.

I met Anne when we both played in the LaCrosse Sym. in the late 1970's. Anne was always so cheerful and supportive during the times we played together. It was so fun to hear about Anne's children and their adventures! Anne was just one of those amazing women who drew others towards her. She will be greatly missed by the music community, friends and family. I am so grateful to have known her.
