Kimberly (Kim) Rae Sanchez (Witte) passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2023 in Plainview MN. Kim was born in Rochester on November 1, 1956 to William and Donna (Woolley) Witte. She graduated from John Marshall High School and attended College in Rochester. She lived in Lakeville Minnesota where she worked and retired from Federal Aviation Administration.

Kim battled health issues her entire life, having survived two kidney transplants. She received her father's kidney when she was young and her sister Cindee's kidney in 2002. She spent a great deal of time at Mayo for appointments; making friends with patients and staff, bringing treats to everyone. She was a terrific cook and baker and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her received an abundance of homemade goodies. Kim enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with friends and family. Giving was one of Kim's favorite things to do. Many benefited from her love of shopping as she was notorious for sending care packages for no reason other than to brighten her loved ones day. She blessed many people throughout her life. She was a wonderful sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend; she will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Kim is preceded in death by her mother Donna Witte, father William (Bill) Witte, brother Robert (Bob) Witte, sister Cynthia (Cindee) Grund, and nephew Braden Riess. She is survived by her sister Lois, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A private burial will take place a later date where she will be laid to rest next to her mother in Dresbach, Minnesota.
